VOLUNTEER

To assist with the delivery of Retreat To The Future we rely on a small team of committed volunteers.

We aim to fully respect and thank our volunteers for their awesome levels of dedication, care and commitment. How?

  • Complimentary breakfast and lunch each day
  • The option to participate in 50% of the Retreat experience, a morning or afternoon each day.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to 100% commit to the full weekend.

  • Positive outlook and strong can-do attitude.

  • Patient, sensitive and fully respect participant confidentiality.

  • Past experience working in a personal development course/retreat/event/festival environment (desirable)

VOLUNTEER DUTIES

  • To help and assist with the smooth running of the weekend.

  • Attend check in/out meetings at the start/end of each day.

  • Welcome participants upon arrival.

  • Assist with participant registration and check in.

  • Help keep the space clean and tidy during the event.

  • Being attentive of participants that may need extra encouragement and support and liaising with counsellor as necessary.

  • Reporting any behavioural and emotional problems guests may be having to counsellor and supporting as necessary.

  • Assist with catering, making teas and coffees during break times.
